Beautiful furnished home in South Miami with amazing pool, garden and terrace. Fully remodeled, very comfortable and easy, with several common spaces to enjoy. Lots of natural light. Super safe residential area. 5-7 minutes' walk to dining, night life, movies & shopping, supermarkets, parks, the beautiful Epiphany, the largest Catholic parish church in the US, "Bugambillas Florida's oldest tavern" with live music and Dj's, delicatessen stores, ice-cream shops etc. Bike to beach, Matheson Hammock is closest. 36 minutes' drive to FIFA stadium. Perfect base for fans to relax. 12 people TV area. There is a kitchen and dining area with a large island that seats 5 and a table with 8 chairs that could seat 10. It connects to a large livingroom with a very large coffee table, an extra large L shape leathersofa, and two more wide accent chairs with two stackable side tables. Amazing terrace with a 10 people dinning table, and a conversational set that seats 5-6 all under a pvc pergola that opens and closes fully. The backyard garden is enormous and has a concrete firepit with 5 wide comfortable chairs. The frontyard garden is also beautiful and there is a balcony at the fachade with two modern chairs and a small table. One of the rooms has a door to the outside and a little "private" space in the garden. The backyard is completely fenced keeping privacy. There is a one car carport and the half circle driveway allows for two more.
Rental for the summer period from June 1st to August 11th. Minimum stay is one month. All utilities, landscaping and pool costs and a biweekly weekly cleaning are included in the rent.
