As you enter the foyer and take a step down into the sunken great room, your eyes go right to the wall of windows displaying the pristine golf course views and lush landscape including magnolia, oak, pine and palm trees. Marble and wood flooring complete the classy feel and décor of this beautiful home.
The backside of the great room, dining room, family room and kitchen are all windows, which brings in the sunlight and lets you enjoy the majestic views. The family room is another living area for smaller gatherings in addition to the great room.
Sliders go out to a covered patio complete with a mini-fridge for enjoying some evening cocktails or just catching up on your latest book. The fully stocked and equipped kitchen has a beautiful island that seats 6 and overlooks the pool and third fairway, with state of the art, premium appliances and 2 dishwashers! You cannot escape these gorgeous views no matter where you are in this home! Off the kitchen is a separate, outdoor dining area overlooking the grand pool. Large dining room with oval table that seats 10 people, overlooks the 7th green.
High, vaulted ceilings with a cupola, give you the feeling of spaciousness throughout. There are 2 staircases leading to 2 of the guest bedrooms. The main floor master bedroom, with king bed and en-suite bathroom with 2 sinks, a vanity, large deep tub and walk-in shower with 2 shower heads and a bench, overlooks the 8th tee box and fairway. There is also a main floor Queen bedroom with a tray ceiling. All four bedrooms have their own private en-suite bathroom and each bedroom is equipped with its own TV.
