The heart of the home is on the second floor where you will find the kitchen with all new appliances, the living and dining rooms along with 2 bedrooms with queen beds and another bathroom. Outside on the veranda you can enjoy your morning coffee as you spot the manatees or wave to the friendly boaters and kayakers. Up the spiral staircase is a gorgeous suite with 2 queen beds and a bathroom. If you love to stand-up paddle board (or would like to try), two are included for you to ride.
