261 Key West is a luxurious Oceanside single-family pool home that will satisfy the most exquisite taste. You will not only enjoy the fine quality and style of the home, you will enjoy the Gulf waters and the soft white sandy beaches of the Gulf just footsteps from your door.
No need to cross busy streets to get to the beach! You will only be steps off your own patio to enjoy the beautiful Gulf sunsets, collect the abundance of seashells, watch boats sail by and see dolphins playing in the calm waters. The home shares a heated pool with the other three homes in Key West Court. There is an elevator that goes to each floor from the ground floor.
The 3 spacious bedrooms offer attached full bathrooms, plus a half bath next to the kitchen. The Main Suite has a walk in closet and built-in mini bar equipped with a wine cooler and its own Keurig Coffee maker. It also has a dedicated workspace for those that work remotely. Pack light, as there is a full size washer and dryer in the home. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. The kitchen is gorgeous and has plenty of storage. There are two separate balconies to enjoy morning coffee or sunset dining.
We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.
