Welcome to Hibiscus 844, a resort-style two-bedroom, two-bath corner condo on the fourth floor above ground level. This resort is located at the quiet southern end of Estero Island and is within walking distance to a public marina and movie theatre. Pincher's Crab Shack restaurant is a 5-minute walk down the beach at the Wyndham Resort, and across the boulevard is Santini Marina Plaza and its many shops and restaurants, with a CVS pharmacy just past the Plaza. There is also quick exit via the south bridge to nearby Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and RSW International Airport. The beach at this portion of the island is expansive, connecting its guests to seven miles of white sugar sand beach. Trolley service is available from the boulevard out front to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, where there is an extended fishing pier and too numerous to count clubs, restaurants and boutiques. The trolley can also take you south to the secluded Lover's Key park. The island's major supermarket, Publix, is just a 2-mile drive away. Resort amenities include deeded beach access just across Estero Boulevard, a clubhouse, a heated pool and hot tub, shuffleboard courts, gas BBQ grills at one end of the building and tennis courts. For your convenience upon arrival, there are luggage carts available behind the lobby, as well as ample parking. Condo amenities include climate control, ceiling fans, complimentary WiFi, cable TV, all linens and towels, and a private laundry area.
Entry at ground level is through a secure lobby, then via elevator to the fourth floor. Enter into the open-plan dining, kitchen and living areas. There is tile flooring in the entry, kitchen, dining area and bathrooms, with carpeting in the living area and bedrooms. The kitchen is complete with plenty of hard surface counterspace and well-stocked cabinets to make it easier to prepare full-course meals should that be on your list. Just bring the food! Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, dishwasher and built-in above-range microwave oven. There is a pass-through bar to the living area side with two bar stools. Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining area with a buffet and table seating six. The living area is furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, coffee table, matching side chair with ottoman and large flat screen TV. There are expansive sliding glass doors providing access to the furnished and screen-enclosed balcony overlooking one of the intersecting canals.
The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps and a triple dresser with wall mirror and flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide private access to the balcony. There is a large walk-in closet, next to which is the en suite bathroom with vanity with dual lavatories with wall to wall mirrors and plenty of drawers and cabinet space, commode, and walk-in shower with sliding glass doors. The guest bedroom has two single beds, night stand and lamp, a corner chair and armoire with flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a single-piece vanity and lavatory with storage space beneath, commode, and combination tub/shower.
