Inside, the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas feature tile flooring throughout, with wood flooring in the primary bedroom. The kitchen offers ample Corian countertops and well-stocked cabinets for preparing full-course meals. Appliances include a dishwasher, range with oven, built-in microwave, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. There's also a peninsula bar with a double stainless-steel sink and two bar stools on the living area side. Off the kitchen, you'll find an alcove with a desk and chair.
