This is our home away from home and not an investment property, 718-288-7612. When we are not enjoying Marco ourselves, we share our condo with our guests, keeping our Florentine Gardens Condo as we do our home. Beautifully remodeled and renovated 2BD/ 2BA 4th floor condo is within walking distance to Marco Island's pristine sandy beaches. This large 1560 sq. ft. condo plus expansive lanai with hurricane sliders that close for additional space, overlooks the heated pool, hot tub, tennis, pickleball court and marina with kayak/long board launch in Huron Bay at the south end of Marco Island. Caxambas Park is a short stroll away. Perfect for couples and families, this unit comes supplied with all the comforts of home and all beach gear needed for relaxing days in the sun. For dinner, walk to local restaurants to watch the sunset that Marco Island is famous for or utilize the gas grills located at the dockside of the pool complex for an easy stay at home meal.
The appealing Florentine Gardens condo complex, at the desirable quiet south end of the island, also boasts a dockside area for fishing, pelican, dolphin and manatee watching and direct water access to the Gulf of Mexico and Florida's 10,000 Islands.
